I just bought a Toshiba 2710 which has a 24-bit/192kHz audio digital-to-analog converter. I see that most DVD players have 24-bit/96kHz audio converters.
Now I look for a receiver who accept 24/192 analog signal
Do you know if that exists?
    Can I take a receiver with 24/96?
    It will correctly decode through?

I'm not familiar with the Toshiba SD-2710.
If this player isn't a DVD-Audio player, there's no material to playback that's 24bit/192KHz, so the DACs in the DVD Player would be overkill.
No DVD Player can currently send a 24bit/192kHz signal digitally.
For analog output, you'd want a receiver with analog bypass (also called direct mode on some receivers).
