I doubt that 6th ave would do the upgrade themselves. Besides, I would rather do it myself. Call me crazy, but I want my player factory sealed.
Anyway, I requested the upgrade from Jeff and he said he will send it. I'm in the process of moving, but within the next week or so I will have my new RPTV up and running an dthe first thing I will do is hook up the DVD player. Before I install the UG I will test it with ToyStory and probably FIfth ELement. ANy others I should look at? After I look at them, I will do the upgrade and report back. I looked at the 3800 in a store the other day and couldn't really notice anything. I guess my eyes aren't trained yet??
