Top quality DVD pictures (1 Viewer)

Which movies have the best picture quality? I want to start collecting some DVD's that take advantage of my TV. Any advice as to which ones I should get?

So far I have these: Toy Story 1&2, A Bug's Life, Shrek, Final Fantasy, Dinosaur, and Gladiator.

I have heard that the Superbit edition of the Fifth Element is supposed to be really good. I already have the original, is the superbit edition that much better?
