I just added Yellowcard - Ocean Avenue to my list. Sure, they can sound like a generic pop-punk band at times, however they have two elements that set them apart from the crappy pop-punk bands.
1. They can actually play their instruments, and sound good doing it!
2. THEY HAVE A DEDICATED VIOLIN PLAYER!!!!! Yes that's right! A violin mixed in with fast punk rock! Just listen to Life of a Salesman off of that album. That intro with the hard punk sound is just amazing when you throw a violin with as much intentsity as the guitar! Or listen to the chorus of the title track. Damn. I have never heard a violin player with that much intensity!!
