There's a lot to look forward to in the months leading up to the end of this year. Every week or every other week something comes out that I have to own. And it gets worse, looks like, thanks to all the upcoming releases (not that I'm complaining).
This might be a fun thing to do. I'll list what I am most eagerly waiting for in the coming months, excluding stuff that we have no release dates on so far (Dances with Wolves, Back to the Future...).
1. Innerspace (don't laugh - but look at the features we're getting! and i've never seen it in widesceen)
2. Pulp Fiction/Jackie Brown (too bad there won't be a commentary on these two, but the other features more or less make up for that)
3. Beauty and the Beast (if this is anything like the Snow White disc - and it should be even more - it will be a feast)
4. This is a tie between Ed Wood and Speed (where are the special features on Ed Wood? Tim Burton always does commentaries on his films!)
5. Lord of the Rings (both the 2- and 4-disc versions for me... i wasn't totally blown away by it, but it's a good film nonetheless)
