Robert, I'm at the edge of my seat. It is suppossed to be pretty cohesive as far as Waits is concerned. See him live, it's a real journey.

Touring appears to very light, check out the story here:

His last two Alice and Blood Money were incredible.

I've just gotten into Tom Waits in the last few months. I've picked up 13 albums since... [IMG]

I'm going to be waiting at the store for midnight for this one. I hope he goes on tour in the states. The potential $80 ticket price doesn't bother me at all.

    How exciting!

Tom Waits only has 2 North America shows scheduled, Seattle and one in Canada. he may come back for a second leg, if you call that first thing a leg.

i love Tom Waits but i found the new CD to be disappointing. very uneven, some great stuff, some bad and some just blah. HOIST THAT RAG, DAY AFTER TOMORROW, MAKE IT RAIN (which he performed on letterman earlier this week) are excellent songs. some of the others are just getting a little too stale for me. i like it more than i originally did upon first listen, i guess i would give it a 7 out of 10.
