Thanks to an upgraded Digital Bits cover section, the title is now available for preorder.
At last! "One of us! One of us!"
This film effectively killed Todd Browning's career, but it is a haunting tale of exploitation, and what is considered 'normal' anyway. The real love story's a bit on the thin side, and the real sideshow cast are not actors by any stretch of the imagination, but one can't help but feel more sympathetic towards the 'freaks' and absolute disdain for the conniving 'normals'.
