TJEIII or LOTR on Xbox (1 Viewer)

Anyone out there that has an Xbox... If Toejam and Earl III and Lord of the Rings launched the same day (which they don't LOTR is sept and TJEIII is oct), which would you get first? I'm asking this because I can't decide which to buy first. And preordering both is not an option (college students need to try and save some money )

The main reason I'm buying an Xbox is because of Toejam and Earl 3. I can't wait for this game...

One is a licensed game that may or may not be good
One is a true sequel to one of the greatest Genesis games ever, done by the original creators, and appears to rock just as hard

ToeJam & Eearl III. I am not yet overly confident how Universal's Fellowship of the Ring game is going to turn out, though obviously I am hoping for the best.
