If I connect my Tivo to my computer via USB, is it easy to simply copy a recording to my hard drive to later burn to DVD? Is there a specific Tivo compatible software app that I would need? Thanks.

The press release is ambiguous - will the content burned to a DVD be playable on any DVD player? Or can it only be played back on a DVD player with the decryption software (i.e. only on a computer with the MyDVD or CinePlayer software that has the "TiVo Content Security Key")?

The statement could be read either way - it is not clear whether the content is recorded to DVD encrypted or not. Does anyone know for certain how this will work?
