Let's not. That is an important thread of vital interest to every HTF member (whether they recognize it or not).

In fact, I'd almost suggest creating an entire board for "Legislative and Judicial Issues." This would be a good place to host discussions of DMCA-based legal actions, the continuing DeCSS saga, and some of the more 'sensitive' threads like the now-closed one in AHL from the fellow who was wondering why he couldn't make a (supposedly-permissible) first-generation copy of a DVD audio track to Minidisc.

I'm all for putting it in its own sub-forum. I just don't like having to scan past it every time I visit After Hours. I would it think it's more suitable for Home Theater Software than AH.
