What's the difference between THX Select and THX Ultra?

The size of the theater they're for. I believe select is for smaller HTs

THX Ultra:
The components meets requirements, that should be met by any decent component anyway.

THX select:
The components couldn't meet the original requirements, but the producer paid for a THX label anyway.

(Yes I know, I'm a cynic)
