I recently purchased a Denon AVR-X1600H. I'm having three issues. Does anyone have any feedback on how to address them?

1) When I enter Bluetooth Pairing Mode, my receiver won't show up on either my phone's or my laptop's bluetooth list. But I'm able to connect to WiFi and play music through Heos and AirPlay. My firmware is up to date, and I tried factory resetting the device. The issue persists.

2) On the Heos app, I can access songs when I search for them under the "Albums" category. But when I click "Artists" and select an artist and album title, it doesn't list the songs; the app displays, "No results for "."

3) My manual indicates that when the input source is set to Tuner, Heos Music, or Phono, I can enable Video Select mode and play video independent of my audio source. I'd like to do this with my turntable so that I can play YouTube videos through my Roku Streaming Stick (which is connected to one of the HDMI inputs on the receiver) when listening to records.

The issue is that since I'm using an external preamp with my turntable, I connected it to one of the separate assignable analog audio inputs on my receiver, because I was concerned that if I connected directly to the phono input, the receiver's internal preamp would conflict with my external preamp. As a result, it seems that I can't access Video Select mode when my turntable input is selected.

Is there a way around this? I don't want to stop using my external preamp. But I'm wondering if there is a way to disable the internal preamp on my receiver so that I can connect the external preamp directly to the phono input without causing any problems. Or maybe there is some other workaround I'm missing. It seems ridiculous to me that if I want to use Video Select mode, then I'm stuck using Denon's built-in preamp.

I have no idea about 1 & 2, but on 3 you definitely can NOT connect an external phono preamp to the phono input. I can only think of two options. Use the receiver's phono input, or connect the Roku directly to the TV. Both have down sides, of course.
