THREE FACES OF EVE Blu will not play in my computer... (1 Viewer)

Anyone else having this problem? It simply won't read at all. In Windows Media Player, all I get when I click the title (yes, the title does show), I get "This disc is empty." I am using a very new LG Blu-ray player, and have no issues with other discs (so far).

EVE plays fine using an outboard blu-ray player.

I can offer no precise explanation but in my experience Windows Media Player is extremely temperamental. I sometimes play CDs via a USB DAC and headphones, and often WMP sends a message that I need to delete files before it can play the disc or that the disc is unplayable. I take the disc out of the drawer, put it back in and hey presto . . . . . . now there is no problem!

Technicalities aside, why would anyone want to watch Stanley Cortez' beautiful monochrome 'Scope cinematography on a computer monitor?

And we also know that Fox's Blu-rays are HEAVILY encrypted with security code.

Security code is fine, as long as it doesn't interfere with legal playback...
