Steve I said I wanted the location changed not the thread closed. Why did you assume that I would be attempting to do something illegally? because I can assure you that is not my intentions.
My thoughts were more along the lines of whether or not this can be prevented by the dealers? I did not intend it to mean bypassing of necessary duty charges.
