this pioneer receiver good and if discontinued what replaced it?

    Pioneer VSX-1014TX-K Black 7.1 Digital A/V Receiver is this pretty good. I'm looking for one with these specs in the $300-400 range. In retail store or online. IF you know of any retail or online with these specs lemme know. I know onlne this receiver is not carried by some places, if it's replaced with something else lemme know to. These are the specs on it:

    The 1015tx replaced it. I THINK it adds another component in and then THX select 2.
    Maybe some other things.
