I just pre-ordered this from Amazon tonight. They've got it for a little over $20 and I had some money left over from gift certificates and nickel trivia, so I'll have this thing for about $17 shipped. Way less than a buck an episode. You can't beat that with a stick.

By the way... I get the thread title now, but I'll admit I had no idea what this was going to be about until I clicked on it. Maybe you should have an Admin add "Soap" to the title, so "Soap" enthusiasts will know to come on in.

well I was able to score this earlier today

I only had time to watch the first 3 episodes

picture is what I would expect from a 70's tv series

sound seemed a little .... airy, empty
not sure if it was my setup, the nature of the earlier episodes, or if it was just normal

Kind of hoped the 3 dvds would come in slimline cases but it is a cardboard fold out under the slipcase.

I am just glad to have these episodes to watch when I want instead of having to rely on what TV Land airs.

    Bring on season 2, etc.
