The rabbit with a pancake on its head.
I can't believe I felt more than a bit sad to learn he died. I do think he was iconic - saw him lots of times during his life in one way or the other.
I wonder if someone else ever knew about him. Just a rabbit who used to balance objects on top of his head. He was made famous because of a pic in which he had a couple of pancakes on his head.

Very cute but sad pics and looks to be a traditional Japanese funeral, except for maybe the ears out of the ground..

I've never heard of this rabbit before.

Anyway, I don't think those are his actual ears sticking out of the ground (different colour)...maybe just an appropriate "grave stone" for a rabbit.

Oolong was this rabbit whose owner took a couple of pics of him balancing two pancakes on his head.

Somehow, he became an overnight Internet sensation, much to the surprise of his owner.

Oolong balanced stuff on his head. There are lots of pictures of him doing so.

Just a rabbit and his pancakes. Next to Bugs Bunny, my favourite one. It was so weird feeling sad about his death.
