'Shank' Shaughnessy drives me nuts but he's not as bad as Ron Borges, IMO. Borges has an obvious agenda against Bill Belichick and it influences his writing. It gets pretty old in a hurry.

Ah. Well, I don't follow football, so I've missed that.

I imagine every city has one or two sportswriters like this, though. Personally, I'm glad Carl Everett played in Boston for two reasons: Breaking up Mike Mussina's no-hitter and giving Shaughnessy the "Curly Haired Boyfriend" nickname (and I'll bet it just kills this guy that "Jurassic Carl" never took off the way CHB did).

The message boards on "Yahoo! News" articles. The shear lack of disrespect for any decency toward human beings is rampant, yet I keep going back (like trying not to look when you drive by a car crash)

Message boards where single/custodial mothers justify their vindictive and revenge driven actions agaisnt the father of their children with the phrase "interest of the child", where they post their state sponsored deluded beliefs that they have a moral right to impose the often ridiculous conditions in which a man can be a parent, where they post about "allowing visitation" as if it was theirs to grant a man the right to see his own child.
