Can someone please help me to understand this. I know just the basics & I'm starting to some what catch on to what some are but I'm still not sure what they all are & what is good or bad.

I have a pretty good idea of what Fs & Vas but I have no clue what Qms, Qes, or Qts is.
Is there a good web page that can explane these in detail or can anyone give me the general idea on them?
