Does anyone know if it's Eddie Murphy who says "Them's just jokes!" in one of his routines? If so, do you know where he says it? Delirious, Comedian or Raw? If it's the first two, can you break it down into a specific track on the tape/CD? Thanks.

While we're at it, where does "hopped up on goofballs" come from?

He says it in Raw, when he depicts a boyfriend/girlfriend driving home after one of his shows...

Thanks, Zen! For some reason, I was thinking it was one of the others and was about to start searching my tapes. Hmm. Like that'd be so bad. [IMG]

One of my favorite standup comedians... (see my signature)

I think "hopped up on goofballs" may have come from either a Hunter S. Thompson book, or perhaps it was said by someone on a TV cop drama or in a movie, that sounds more likely to have been a way the phrase entered the public consciousness.
