    Hello,
Does anyone know of a source for the aisle lights which look to be rope lighting encased in flat clear molding that runs down the aisles at movie theaters?

    Thanks !

I bought my rope lights from novaltylights.com - they might have what you want.

I believe you can purchace metal track that you insert standard rope light in. It's designed for use on stairs and other foot-trafficked places.... and.. I believe I've seen it at Home Depot. Check in the department that has metal thresholds and such.

This is what you want. While I am not sure about cost, I know it will be more expensive than rope lighting.

Another alternative is ordering 5/8 fiber optic rope. ($$$)

seen them at Lowes. Not very long runs....but pretty much what your looking for. They were in the lighting section.
