Excellent! I think this is a great & stylish horror film, & those night interiors (candle & lamp lit) look gorgeous, almost like 3D. I didn’t hold out much hope for a 4K release, as for some reason it only did so-so at the box office. A defiant buy…to echo what others have said around the ‘net, I hope the longer cut is on 4K, it’s the version I always watch*.

*I’ve read that it contains both versions in 4K.

A Scream Factory release, another expensive import to the UK - oh well, you can’t take it with you

I agree, the mansion looks great inside, a sumptuous film. Also, a great overall gothic aesthetic that fans of that style will enjoy. If they do their job well, the 4K Blu-ray should look fantastic.
