Forgive the multiple postings but it's always tough to find these reveiws so I'm posting this in all the TZ Blu-ray review threads.
I went through all of the DVD season sets and compared them to the Blu-rays. As far as I'm concerned, this is a DEFINITIVE list of the missing features:

As I said several months ago and a few posts above, the missing Kleenex ads from Season 1 later made it onto the Season 5 blu-ray. They're on the last disc.

I'll double check but I'm pretty sure that the S5 Blu-ray Kleenex billboard is the "has been brought to you by..." one rather than "brought to you by..." one.
Yes, I realize that it's nearly psychotic to make such distinctions but like I said, I'm trying to be definitive.
EDIT: I took a look at the Blu-ray and the S5 Blu-ray Kleenex billboard says "is being brought to you by...". I've lent the DVDs to a friend so it'll take a couple days to get ahold of the discs again to doublecheck the DVD versus the Blu-ray.

I went back and checked the DVD and you're correct. The two billboards that I deemed to be MIA are on the DVD twice. I don't know if it's a different take or different read by the narrator (the text of what they both say is 100% the same though) but I'm going to amend my list to say that all the billboards are carried over. Big thanks to Lord Dalek for the heads up and making me double check my work.
I'm going to look again at the billboards on the S2 DVD set to make sure I didn't miss anything there too.
EDIT: I looked at the S2 billboards and there's no errors in my listing for those.
