Sundays are about to get interesting. Beginning on March 3, there will be three show I want to watch all playing from 9-10pm: Six Feet Under, The X-Files and Alias. So it looks like one goes to VCR, one goes to TiVo, and the third has to be watched "live" (or, for 6FU, on a rebroadcast.
I can't remember a season where the schedule has thrown so many counter-programming challenges at me.

Don't worry too much. ABC only shows 1 or 2 Alias episodes a month. Plenty of time to tape the repeats during the 3 weeks between episodes.

Six Feet Under repeats constantly (hell, on my 14 HBOs, I have about 30 times to catch each episode in English), so that is one solved right there.

As predicted. Starting tonight, there will be new episodes of Alias for at least three weeks.
March 10 has become utterly impossible. In addition to the three shows I've already listed at 9pm, CBS will be showing the 9/11 special featuring documentary footage inside the WTC, and TNT will be running the SAG awards.
And on March 17, Showtime is premiering the long-awaited Sundance winner, The Believer. Starts at 8pm and runs till 9:30 or so.

Also on March 10, if you're a NCAA basketball fan, ESPN has its made-for-TV movie about Bobby Knight on at 8:00 (Brian Dennehey plays a slightly larger Knight, but otherwise looks good).
