Now I know with The Sting 4K release that NOT all 4K releases are created equal :huh:. I got Spoiled with the 2001 A Space Odyssey 4K release. :)
Again, 65mm original elements vs. flat 35mm that doesn't use the entire aperture. Quit comparing apples and pomegrantes.

Sorry, but once my 4K disc arrives, I'm going to watch the entire movie and then decide for myself whether I'm happy with it. I'll leave all of that comparison stuff to other people.

I'm happy with it. Chapter 4, with Lonnergan on the golf green. Colors are richer and more stable. When Lonnergan points out the man in the red sweater, you can actually see the lines of the sweater. On the blu-ray, it's barely better than a red blob.

And no surprise, the included blu-ray is the 2012/2013 release.
