I'm not able to enter my Simpsons Season One into the DVD profiler...is this just because it is too recent and no one has yet added it?

Just checked my online profiler (see links below). It's most defineately in the database. I'm too lazy to check, but perhaps the UPC code is incorrectly entered. Try doing a title search instead for it.

How do you enter a DVD movie that is not on the list?

you can only do it by UPC code. If you enter a code that isn't recognised, you get the option to enter the details yourself and upload it to DVDprofiler's website to be added to the database.

Actually, if you do the TITLE tab, you can just type in SIMPSONS and it's there.

The UPC is found on the piece of paper glued to the back of the box. I just added mine by going to the title search and typing in 'Simpsons'.

Thanks for the answers, everyone, but one problem remains:
    IT AIN'T WORKING!!
I've typed in 'Simpsons' under 'add by title' and it does not appear. I've entered the UPC code given in this thread and it comes back 'unknown'. And yes, I've clicked on 'refresh the online profile list from IVS before proceeding'.
Anyone have a clue as to why I am being treated like this?
    Thanks!
    Jon

Have you refreshed recently? If your database is out of date, its not going to find it. I was able to enter mine on Tuesday.
