Warner Brothers will release the complete five-hour ABC miniseries as a 2-disc set featuring audio commentaries with King, director Mick Garris, actor Steven Weber, visual effects supervisor Boyd Shermis, makeup artist Bill Corso and actress Cynthia Garris (the Ghost of Room 217).

Also included will be 11 deleted scenes, the most notable being the horror author's cameo as the bandleader who melts down at the stroke of midnight.

I really hope the original TV spots for the series can be included, but since that was ABC, and warner is releasing the set, I doubt we'll see them, but still.
Looking forward to this one, I got the VCD a year or so ago.

This is great news. I have been waiting for this one for awhile. It is one of my favorite King Mini series and I've always hated the Kubrick movie version.
