Want to find time to rewatch S1. It debuted when I was have having weird Netflix 4K on HD projector problems and the video quality was garbage for me. Now I’ve got a good 4K projector, Sandman would look great.

I never got around to watching the show but I do my best to have a "love the work, not the jerk" attitude. From the information that has come out, Neil Gaiman is a terrible person but The Sandman is still one of the best comic book series ever written. People still listen to Thriller and they still watch Chinatown and I'll keep re-reading The Sandman. That being said, I'm not telling anyone that they must have the same attitude.

I will watch it. There were many people who were involved in the creation of the series besides Gaiman and they put blood, sweat and tears into the series so I will because of their efforts. The art can exist independent of the artist.

I'm watching the first season right now. Until Gaiman's actually convicted of something, I have no issues.

Chinatown? Ah Polanski. OK, I hadn't realized that he directed it.

That won't stop me watching it again.

I will watch Sandman when I can get around to it.

An interesting case is House of Lies. I won't watch it, but not because of Spacey. Because I watched the original so long ago, and don't think it can compare. I don't necessarily think every American copy of a British show is worth watching.
