I know i'm late on this but just got this on blu ray. .my deleted scenes extras are played in the upper left corner just taking up a quarter of the screen with low volume. so do i have a bad Disc?

Your player needs a firmware upgrade to correct this - there was a problem like this with Patton and one of the Alien films on my Oppo which was corrected with a subsequent firmware upgrade. Hopefully your player's manufacturer has issued an update to deal with this.

Just curious if the current crop of blu-rays have any of the errors fixed: the letterboxing in the opening credits, the missing tint in Brad's bedroom scene, end credit music etc.?

I would also like to know this. I would repurchase this title if these things were corrected.
