I liked it because it doesn't take itself seriously and is quite funny despite the violence throughout the film. The director Shane Black was an actor, who was part of Arnold's team in the first Predator film. He also wrote Lethal Weapon.

For my money, no. Saw it opening night with zero expectations and found it a complete bore.
