I finally got to see this movie in its entirety over the weekend. It was amusing to see all these Hollywood big names before they were big names together in one movie but I must say...the acting was pretty bad here.

What was your impression of this movie?

It's a good movie. It had the potential to be very true to the book, but a lot seems to have been cut out(and is supposed to be part of a Director's Cut DVD soon). For example, in comparison to the book, it just ends right after the climax. The resolution is left out. I haven't seen it in a few years so I can't really remember the acting too greatly.

Ralph Macchio was 22 when he was in this movie. Talk about baby face!

Don't remember the movie vividly, but I remember seeing it in school after reading the book. It was an alright book and an ok movie.
