I'm also going to wait for a "Collector's Edition" or whatever Universal decides to name the upcoming special edition. Hopefully with a commentary track from Scorsese, De Niro, Pesci, Liotta and Stone would be a nice addition...

With the release of Goodfellas tomorow, my brain is now wondering when a Casino SE will finally be released, that will bring the movie justice.

Anybody hear anything at all regarding a Casino SE?

I think the current DVD went OOP, so perhaps that means a new edition is on the horizon.

Yeah, an SE of Casino would be great. It is one of my favorite movies of all time. They should have just done a De Niro SE 3 pack of Goodfellas,Casino and Heat!

I'm hoping for a new release for this one as well. The local Blockbuster and Borders both have new copies for sale but considering the price and some remarks in a thread here about picture quality and cropping issues, I've held off.

This might sound weird, or not, but I can't find it anywhere. I've been to 2 best buys and circuit city, 2 stores in the mall, and still can't find it. I went to both there websites too and can't find it. So does anyone know where I can get a copy from?

It's hard to find because it's out of print. You might be able to find a copy on ebay. I'd wait though. I'm willing to bet a SE is in the works.
