Since we are seeing a lot of Cartoon Network's contents coming to DVD, and a friend was asking me about it, has anyone heard anything about "The Oblongs" coming out on DVD anytime in the future? TVShowsOnDVD doesn't even have a listing for the show...

Yes they do. And it's confirmed coming out this year, it's on the list of WB DVD's that you can get a rebate on.

According to Animated Bliss, 'The Oblongs: The Complete Series' DVD will be released on July 12th.

Yeah, that July 12th date is still majorly UNCONFIRMED. However, it did come via someone who talked to Angus Oblong (the show's creator) about it, so it might pan out. We'll know soon enough.
