Hi David. Congrats on the release. But why is it Currently unavailable at Amazon? Can't be a good thing that the biggest vendor on the planet isn't taking pre-orders. Thanks.

I always buy any ClassicFlix title I'm interested in direct from David. They get to keep the money and not the Amazon machine. ClassicFlix is one of THE BEST companies to deal with online. I just ordered the O. Henry show and am looking forward to it. I remember my Mom watching this when I was a young squirt.

I understand SAE has the ClassicFlix product but I don't understand your comment about CF never delivers? I've never had a problem with them. The only time I did have a problem was due to the USPS and David was terrific in sending me a replacement.

John, the Amazon listing has been updated. I only buy from Amazon when no one else offers an item. For example Region 2 UK releases of which I've bought quite a few over the past 3-4 months. Otherwise it's DeepDiscount or eBay for me.

The reason they don't have O. Henry in stock is because their site is run by algorithms and not people, and because their customer service for sellers and vendors is the worst on the planet.

We've been dealing with them for over 15 years and they are getting worse every day.

My guess is they'll have stock in by next week, but there is no accountability with them so it's only a guess.

On the bright side, we have stock...

Thanks David. Interesting that they treat dealers and vendors so poorly. Glad there are many other options to purchase physical media. I actually pre-ordered mine from DeepDiscount.

Welcome! Actually it's currently on back-order. In the past whenever that has occurred with DD it seems to be remedied rather quickly.

More are on the way to DD and my guess is it'll be at least Friday and maybe early next week until you get a shipment notification.

They (and our distributor) are one entity and my guess is they shipped all they had to bezos.com leaving themselves shorthanded. The unfortunate situation is caused by bezos.com because they penalize vendors for not fulfilling POs in full. There are hundreds of units out there but no one has them to ship and bezos.com could care less.
