I'm definitely up for the next one.

The last one was Oct 2012, so I thought the next one would be 2016?

Ron, you said this year (2015) maybe.

Would it be this year?

I wouldn't mind 2017.

It would suck if Sam can't go.

Oh and PCH trip too.

I haven't done it yet and would love to go.

Plus I'll be putting in a personal San Francisco trip before so it would be perfect.

Since people are talking live tapings, how about something different?

Hell's Kitchen :) (I know, no chance in hell)

Oh hey Ron, I almost forgot.

I had yelped about Hard Rock Cafe experience a while ago.

Which I gave them a really good review despite our parking problem. (which of course they had nothing to do with, Darn Walking Dead people :))

The Hard Rock manager just now sent a message to me telling me thanks for the review and that the next time we go to ask for him for a true VIP experience. Whatever that means. but I thought it was interesting to mention.

At our last meet, Paula and I got tickets for a live taping of Two and A Half Men (it was still a good show at that time). It seemed that several people liked the idea of going to a live taping. Maybe this could be considered, but it does require trying several weeks in advance if not a couple of months in advance.

Four words:

The.

Price.

Is.

Right.

;)

(Mike Knapp would have to go!)

There should be talk or interests list about the 2017 (25th anniversary) trip in the next few months(at least by Dec) correct?
Hoping? :)

We'll be starting to plan soon. This time the big caveat is to ensure we don't overlap with CEDIA!
I do miss the "Hard Rock opening dinner" I know there's a parking/crowd problem.
It would be awesome to go somewhere else to have it. :)
Glad to know you're going to be in the planning stages soon.
Oh, and hey, PCH trip :)

Cedia 2015 was moved to October so it was not to coincide with the Jewish holidays.
They said it will be back to normal starting this year. (Sept dates)

The last one was a terrible time, work-wise, for me...I'm certainly down again cuz the last one I was at was a great deal of fun. From a practical standpoint, I'm always hoping for a post October 15th date. :)

2017 sounds good. Maybe we could write what we:
  • enjoyed about the last one
  • would like to see in 2017 (if possible of course)
  • avoid/skip in 2017.

It's really hard to pinpoint what I loved about the last one. The whole entire trip from the small to the large is always a great time.

What I would like to see for the next one, even though it's always been such a headache for us is the Hard Rock open dinner.
It's always nice to have that upper section reserved for us, especially that outside balcony part.
And it's always cool to walk through City Walk.

One important person i want to see come to this one that wasn't a t the last one is Sam Posten.
I think he's pretty much saved or will be saving that block of time to attend.

I don't think there is anything I want to avoid or skip.

Jason,
Oct 15th(Sun) does seem like the perfect start date.
I'm sure we're gonna hear something very soon in the next few months.

I loved being in Sam's van back in 2012. That was a good time. :)

A big work deadline ends on 10.15 (or the next biz day if that's a weekend). Anything after that is in my wheelhouse. It's also the "cooler" part of the year, weather wise, and hopefully fewer families and kids in the way because of school.
