First one, but I'll probably be waiting on Matrix Reloaded, instead planning to pick up the inevitable trillogy set.

Imma have to go with #1, that cover just stands out from the rest, and the rest look too generic. The scenes in the glasses do it for me.

Totally, totally, totally the FIRST one.

It seems to be a painting, which lends a level of class to it.

2 and 3 look cheap, like 2nd rate cut and paste jobs.

Third one of those to choose from.
My choice would be a reflective version of the advance poster only (with the code).

All three choices are just Photoshop composites of the advance posters.
You realize that Photoshop is the professional software of choice for DVD coverart? Most coverart is created in Photoshop. However, usually it is done by an artist in Photoshop and not shleps like us :) So what you should say is "Bad Photoshop" and not just "Photoshop." Just a minor correction, but I see people saying this all the time. I don't think that they realize that they really are using Photoshop, even for the GOOD covers.

I think LAZY photoshop is a better description. I could make any one of those covers in an hour or so.

Just reuse the data rain, slap the title on, bitchin cover and takes 10min

Third one here. My biggest objection to #1 is it doesn't really look like Keanu compared to the others. Unfortunately, Trinity looks better on #1.
They couldn't come up with more than 3 options?
The original Matrix cover is better than any of these.

I don't think any of these are great, but of the choices, I prefer #3. The big heads look ugly. WB can do better than this...

You know what would be a really cool cover? To have the clothes there, hanging in midair, and have the body (face/hands) be all Matrix code-y (like when they hit the exit). Just jacket/pants/sunglasses are whole
Yeah the code's gotta be used in a new way for the cover.
