If you didn't appreciate the filmmaking accumen of the team that the Wachowski Brothers and Joel Silver assembled for the Matrix Trilogy, here's a reason to do so: The Matrix Prequel, a fan-based production dealing with the the father of Neo, Max Anderson. Click on the "Download" and select "The Film" to download a 43MB film (about 20 minutes in length). They even provide DVD coverart for their film. Heh.

WTF?! I mean, words can't say.... I just..... Oh man....

Well, it looks like we've got another Star Wars Kid on or hands here. Damn French.

Love the subtle, smooth way in which they get exposition out of the way :rolleyes

Is there anything worse than English spoken with a thick French accent?

Apparently my download screwed up and I was only able to watch 10 minutes of it on my first and only try. :)

I watched about the first 5 minutes and skipped through a few minutes further ahead.

It's got great music!

While I found it unwatchable, for an amateur, high-school effort, it was really good.

I want to know how they found an actor that looks so much like Keanu Reeves as to be his dad. :D

ps-On a side note. On the cast page. They have a way of contacting the actors. I just have to wonder how many guys have been emailing the girl. :rolleyes

If its the work of any two people I miss in this production, its Woo Ping and Bill Pope. Those fight scenes were pure comedy. Although those are some decent grade special effects for something shot on a extremely low budget.

As am I. Come on, who couldn't use a laugh like that every now and then?

If anyone, for some strange reason wants this just PM me and I'll get it to ya.
