Does anyone remember this charming made-for-tv movie? If I recall correctly, it played on ABC sometime in the early seventies. It starred Fred Astaire, in one of his final roles, as a man who opened a costume shop in NYC and rented Santa suits to several guys who came in looking for same, and how the experience changed each one of their lives for the better. It was a wonderful story with a delightful performance by the legendary Mr. Astaire. It was released on VHS at some point, but never made it to DVD. I wonder who owns the rights to this and if they could be persuaded to release it on DVD. Comments?
