I’m surprised there’s not a thread for this. Last night we watched the final episode. This had to be one of the finest limited series I’ve ever seen. Russel Crowe achieved the top of his profession in this performance. He was not an actor in a fat suit. He became Roger Ailes. The acting was all top caliber, but Crowe was magnificent.

I highly recommend this series.

Crowe was fantastic and will no doubt get an Emmy nom, but I couldn't watch after the first episode because I just couldn't waste those hours of my life spending with such a sleazebag character, though I did screen the final episode to witness him get his comeuppance (though the blind-eyed enabler wife never got woke). Ironically, if it has been a fictional character I might have been more invested, but this guy was real and did some real damage to this country.
