The JVC VX-S62 DVD player (1 Viewer)

What does everyone think of this player? I got one for $169 at SEARS (it was the last one they had; it was a floor model). The player looks nice and it's quiet. Owning a ProScan though, I'm not too impressed with the layer changes. This player is probably one of the better players in handling layer switches (still, it's no PROSCAN). I'm not sure I'll keep it though.
