With The Incredibles coming out in the U.S. this Tuesday, I was wondering if any region is getting an uncut (no censoring for certain types of violence like in the UK) edition with an awesome direct to digital transfer and DTS English track.

Hopefully NTSC as I can't stand the PAL speedup, but if it's worth it I may suck it up this time and get a PAL version if it is the only way to get a really great DTS track.

If no region got DTS, I guess I'll spring for the Region 1 disc as the transfer seems pretty decent although no DTS for PIXAR yet again!

The R4 is going to have a DTS track, probably a DTS-ES track (release in April). That most likely means that the R2UK edition will get the same soundtrack.

I saw yesterday that the French edition gets a DTS track, but I didn´t say if it was a French or English track. But if the Dutch edition gets at DTS track, it will almost certainly be in English.

But that doesn´t help you if you want a NTSC version. And the R4/R2UK edition could be cut. In that case you have to wait for the R3 or R2JAP release, but as far as I know there are no confirmed specs regarding those regions.

Huh...interesting. This would make it twice that a Pixar movie got DTS in PAL but not NTSC (A Bug's Life).

Yeah, and the fourth or so that R1 doesn´t get DTS, but R2 and R3 does.

The French release will include only a French DTS track as usual.

Looks like the Australian release is our only hope.

AFAIK, still not up on any R3 sites. I'm still hoping for an HK or Korean DTS...even Taiwan [IMG]

Damn! Ok, but I´m still going to wait for the English and Dutch version before I buy any edition. But it looks bad, I agree on that.

No DTS track on the UK R2, unusual as its been put on the UKR2 releases of Nemo, Monsters & Bugs Life.

DD track sounds good enough for me though [IMG]
