Rain:

Velcro freaks out and runs away every time I sneeze. He has no problem with coughing or other loud or sudden noise, but he just can't seem to get used to sneezing.

Judging by the size of your nostrils, I'd be scared too!

Thank you for the advice. I do in fact have a hooded litter box. Obviously our other cat uses it as well. And it is not always the cleanest. So, there are my three target areas to try and change. I'll start by taking off the hood and try cleaning it more often.
My wife actually said today that if he continues to pee on stuff after he gets neutered, then we are to get rid of him. I told her to get the divorce papers ready 'cause I'll get rid of her first!
