"The Crow" 4th installment direct to DVD coming

    Dimension Home Video has announced The Crow: Wicked Prayer for direct-to-DVD release on July 19th. This fourth film in the series stars Edward Furlong, David Boreanaz, Tara Reid and Dennis Hopper. No specs yet other than a $29.99 list price.

    As long as it isn't directed by the same director who did the total crap that was the third one, I'll at least rent it.

    Dimension is having no luck with The Crow sequels (the last Crow sequel was also direct-to-video). At least, I get to see whether it's good or bad. I hated the second movie, but I did like number three.

    Apparently, The Crow: Wicked Prayer is total crap, possibly worse than the second sequel.

    I can't think of anything being worse than part 2.....then again I didn't even bother with part 3.

    Wasnt Rob Zombie supposed to direct one of the Crow sequels?

    The second movie was tolerable, but was little more than a total rehash - no creativity at all. You would think with the following the first movie has, you would be able to get someone with a brain or at least a little talent to write and direct these movies...

    The third movie was a complete waste of time. Easily Kirsten Dunst's worst movie; She was the only reason why I gave it a chance.
