Yes, I went to the Universal site to redeem and it sends you to the MA site. And as you noted it gives you the above link. Which bounced me back to Universal. So I guess we will just have to wait and see.

Can anyone confirm if the the new 4k disc fixes the repeated shot? It happens right after the mall chase- the shot of the 8 track player in the car is repeated. I'm assuming it was an authoring error related to the seamless branching. I believe all streaming HD versions have the error as well.

Is the HD disc bundled with the new 4k disc the same as the last HD release?

There is no repeat shot of the 8 track player in the car after the mall chase on the 4K disc nor on the extended version I have on iTunes. There is a shot of the 8 track player with "Sam and Dave" singing "Soothe Me" in the car just prior to them being pulled over by the cops that precipitated the car chase.

As to the Blu-ray, it's from the old master as what you were asking about above regarding the 8 track is repeated prior to the mall chase.

I wouldn't redeem this code as I warned earlier. I have the redeem sheet placed aside and will let you guys know if this issue is corrected as I'll check each day.

Thanks for checking. My mistake on its location! It's disappointing, but not suprising, the error wasn't fixed for the Blu-ray.

Watched the 4K disc last night. Great transfer. I read a review that says you can select the theatrical or extended version on the 4K disc. On my Panasonic player (DP-UB820) , I didn't see that option.

From the main menu after selecting "Play" the right side of the screen should change from the Bonus Feature graphics to the menu asking you what version you want to play. Works on both an Oppo203 & Panny UB420

I guess because I started the movie from the "chapter" selection, it bypassed the screen that allows you to choose the version. Tried it again tonight, pressed "play" and all is good.

There was an issue with the MA redeem for the first few days but I was able to recently redeem mine
