M. Leigh was not in the second pilot "Where No Man Has Gone Before" but did turn up a few episodes in to the first season of Star Trek as Nurse Chapel and now billed as Majel Barrett.

Uhh actually she is billed as Majel Barrett on The Cage.

Yep, she was credited as M. Leigh Hudec in "The Menagerie" two-parter. It's an easy mistake if you haven't seen it in a bit.
