The Adventures of Tintin Blu-ray Issues (1 Viewer)

I decided to watch my Blu-ray copy of Steven Spielberg's The Adventures of Tintin (Paramount disc) last month. At 24:50, the disc began skipping until near the 26 minute mark. The disc that I had was part of the Blu-ray 3D combo pack (I don't have a 3D TV, by the way), which I purchased the weekend before Thanksgiving this year. The inner ring code was IFPI KK**. I contacted Paramount's customer service department earlier this month and they are yet to reply. I did not have any other issues with a Paramount disc from 2012 yet; I watched my Bubble Guppies DVD (the show's first DVD release) last Saturday and that disc worked perfectly fine. I purchased that disc back in October 2012 and got it resurfaced this July.
