I noticed that INHD and INHD2 will be showing this Gene Wilder movie in the coming days, which isn't available on DVD.

Does anybody know what the OAR of this movie is? INHD sometimes shows 2:35 movies cropped to 1.78 and sometimes doesn't. I'm not sure what INHD will show on this one but want to know if it's correct.

IMDB doesn't list the aspect ratio and the only Laserdisc release was apparently P&S.

(Didn't know if I should post this question in the TV programming section, but the question is actually about the movie itself so I figured here was best.)

Well, no replies here. But I watched it yesterday. It was presented 1.78:1 by INHD, but it was obvious that the framing was wrong and cropped. Most likely 2.35:1 OAR.

As to the movie itself (which I had never seen)... very strange. Humorous moments, but overall too oddball for its own good. Gene Wilder, Madeline Kahn, Marty Feldman ... but certainly no "Young Frankenstein."

BTW, the correct title is "The Adventure (singular) ..."
