the 6th Day DVD Defective? (1 Viewer)

Today I just popped in the 6th Day after a few months of having it sit on the shelf. To my surprise a disk that is only about 6 months old was pixelating like crazy during the opening XFL sequence. Does anyone know if there is a known problem with this disk (ala Contact)?

Damien, I've had this dvd since it first came out and have viewed it several times with no problems. I'm using a Panasonic RV80.

No problems here, either. I have a Panasonic RV30.
