Since no one has started this thread, I guess I will.I watched this last night and have to say I really enjoyed it.For a tv movie it was above average and I would recommend it to others. Nice performances by all and the storyline kept me interested.I don't know anything about who played Jon Voight's wife in the show, but she was quite a dish. Wish more shows were this well done.

I didn't watch the movie. But, the wife was played by an actress named Dagmara ?????. She played Mercedes in the remake of Count of Monte Cristo. She was Jim Caveiziel's love interest in the movie.

Dagmara Dominczyk, perhaps most recognizable to American viewers as the woman whose husband shouts out how much he loves her in the streets of Rome in that diamond commercial. Quite a dish indeed and with a very distinctive voice.

I just finished watching the second half of this movie this afternoon. I really enjoyed it, thought they did a good job for a tv movie.

She should definitely get more screen time. I like that commercial simply for the whispered response.

I chose not to watch the TV movie, but if I'd known she was in it...

hmm, thats a favorite comercial of mine only because of the voice of the actress.

i never new that was her in Count.

It was nice to see the actor who plays Christopher on "The Sopranos" in a different role. He played an Army capt. in WW2. I hope this one will make it to dvd.

the book was fantastic, but i wasn't really thrilled with the movie. I'm not sure Albom's books translate very well.

i just realized that the girl you all were talking about was the she-male in Rockstar. Mark Wahlberg walks by and she's standing up taking a wizz. She'll never be the same to me.
