I want to go on record as saying THANK YOU to Fox for releasing many of their recent DVD's at the lower $24.99 price point, as well as for actually lowering some retail prices to as low as $19.99 (both FLY double features, for instance). This is something Paramount is not doing much, and Disney not at all so far, but I guarantee you'll be selling more copies of certain titles now. Hope they keep it up!

I agree. Fox deserves a lot of credit, and will get my continued support, for their ongoing efforts at producing top-notch DVDs, especially a nice run of catalog titles, at reasonable prices. A shining example for some of the other studios to emulate. An amazing turnaround from a couple of years ago, to say the least. Keep up the great work, Fox, and I hope we'll see this level of excellence extend to more of your 1930s-1950s classics in the near future. By the way, thanks in advance for BATMAN (1966) and THE LEGEND OF HELL HOUSE (1973), both of which I'm greatly looking forward to.

I wasn't buying ANY Fox discs when they started doing DVDs, but I've been buying a lot of them now. Fox was one of the worst offenders in overpriced laserdiscs too; good to see them finally trying to make it up to us!

I'll agree on the Paramount thing, but you can find Disney animation at The Disney Store for $19.99/single disc. Forget the retail stores; hit the main store.
